2019年12月3日，柯清輝辭任董事局獨立非執行董事職務，鄭善強退休及辭任董事局執行董事職務，於在2020年1月1日生效。董事局的重要職員辭職，竟然不足一個月通知，可想而知這隻鑊有幾大！
