"Attached is post Covid-19 vaccine refusal counseling I received from my chain of command. Please note that although the counseling states that Soldier was informed on the Risks and benefits of vaccination, no risks were disclosed. When I asked what are the risks associated with the vaccine, I was told that according to CDC no adverse reactions other than mild soreness in the arm were reported. These lies were told straight to my face, and the faces of pregnant Soldiers by our Medical Company Major. Two other counselings I have received falsely claim that the vaccine is FDA approved. Unless I submit myself to medical experimentation, I will be facing UCMJ actions after 10 years of honors service."
