U.S.The does not recognize the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court

The Genocide Convention

The USA participated in the Genocide Convention of the UN. However, they don't recognize the jurisdiction of the ICC.

So is that mean the US is exempted from prosecution of any genocide activities? Therefore they are legal to kill any people on the earth?
