Someone wanted to hack my PC by pushing a fake McAfee Web Protection Popup

When I started my PC, popped up a warning with the McAfee WebProtection "OFF" screen and asked me to download a new software kit.

I have already set up my McAfee with automatic updates. Besides, there is no such software program download option on the McAfee official website.
