So, Xi Jinping is out of Country visiting three European Countries between now and the 10th of May. Interesting that he is out outside of China at the moment when his Coast Guard are using water cannons on the Philippine coast guard and fishing boats. I'd say that Jinping may not have as much control over his defense forces as the media would lead us to believe. Should there be any internal commotion within China's military, we'll have to see if anything happens over the next couple of days up until Friday.
