How could Kyle Bass or CNBC found out the incident address of Angela Chao's death?

According to google search, the English Newspapers reported on Angela Chao's death was originated from :

Feb 10: Two Vietnamese website (Chokerclub & Vninvestment)

Feb 11 : UK Daily Mail, however, they had already replaced the news content. Feb 12: Small maritime news outlet (Seatrade Maritime, Maritime Executive)

Feb 13: US National news outlet including NBC, USA Today, MSN, AOL..

Feb 14: New York Post, The New York Times, Washington Times, CNN

Feb 15: Austin American Statesman.

There are two major local newspapers in Taxes. Neither " The Dallas Morning News" nor " Houston Chronicle" reported about Angela Chao's death. Even the core Austin local newspaper "Austin American Statesman" reported the news on Feb 15.

According to CNBC news yesterday:

Since Chao’s death remains the subject of a criminal probe, the Blanco County Sheriff’s public information officer told the attorney general that reports, 911 logs, audio and video evidence as well as other material should not yet be released to media outlets that requested them, including CNBC.

Therefore, Austin American Statesman didn't get the first hand information and didn't get the official information from Blanco County as well. Their so-called fire report should be fake.

There are mix messages of the owner of the ranch where Angela Chao died:

  • Kyle Bass in X said that the rank is owned by Mitch McConnell and Elaine Chao.

  • CNBC and Austin American Statesman newspaper said that it is owned by Jim Bryer' corporation.

The point is how could Kyle Bass or CNBC found out the incident address of Angela Chao's death?
