“This study should include chemicals or drugs that can effectively be concealed in common items such as food, water, coca cola, beer, liquor, cigarettes…vaccinations, shots, etc.”
The gov wanted long-term drugs that could be slipped into your soda, beer, cigarettes (even vaccines!) to agitate (anxiety, tension) or depress (hopelessness, lethargy) people on demand.
This is from the official CIA file titled “Suggested Fields for Special Research Relative Artichoke.”
The Army Chemical Warfare Service was even asked to help. Wonder if/how this is being applied in 2026…
