COVID-19 Fight in US

Who got killed most from COVID-19 crisis? With the advanced medical technologies in US, how come they keep making mistakes no matter on test kits or vaccines. Many simple test kits had been developed in many countries that the test results can be drawn less than an hour but it takes US 1-2 week to draw the test result. Besides, US is much behind China and UK on vaccine development. How about the vaccine philanthropist? If US has simulated the pandemic for 8 months in Crimson Contagion 2019, it is questionable why COVID-19 are widely spread and totally out of control now. Is it suspicious?

It is unexpected for Trump to be the president of USA. Trump was the only one who announced the vaccine readiness on Oct whereas Dr. Fauci denied. I suddenly thought that Trump is really fighting very hard on COVID by himself alone.
