Again, can we trust Google?

We need to think again if the current free applications are reliable for not. "China breaks promise" is translated to "China keep promise" and "Taiwan breaks promise" is translated to "Taiwan keep promise" in Chinese whereas "Japan breaks promise" and "US breaks promise" is correctly translated to "XX breaks promise". This is a simple sentence, is it a mistake or is it intentional? I don't think Google is favor to China but they are certainly manipulating the world.
