According to ASEAN SUMMITS Official Website , the summit held on 11 Nov 2022 was the 40th ASEAN Summit. Everyone could register to join the Summit. And the key ASEAN leaders are shown in the joint statement.
We, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), namely Brunei Darussalam, the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Republic of Indonesia, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Malaysia, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, the Republic of the Philippines, the Republic of Singapore, the Kingdom of Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, on the occasion of the 40th ASEAN Summit on 11 November 2022;
This is the 40th ASEAN Summit, the 25th China-ASEAN meeting is just a small session of the whole summit, China is not a key member of the ASEAN organization. Besides, Li Keqiang only represents the Chinese Satanic Cabal's State Council (Premier of State Council of the People's Republic of China). It is different from the Prime Minister of the People's Republic of China in the 2016 event.
