潘浠淳在5月1日接受香港電臺節目精靈一點的訪問。香港電臺是政府部門，警方隨時可以去香港電臺主持人作出調查，這個並不是虛假視頻。

潘浠淳聲稱自己在中二，中三的時候在不同醫院和診所實習瞭解醫院的醫生工作的流程。還有兩名醫管局醫生協助她在測試系統。潘浠淳說他的系統已經安裝在一間腫瘤中心和一間專科診所去做測試使用。

潘冬平是否濫用職權讓十三四歲的女兒在醫院做童工，還可以直接觀察接觸到醫生的診治過程。醫管局可以隨便讓一個兒童在裏邊工作的嗎？這已經犯了勞工法例，也犯了醫管局的規例。

潘浠淳清晰說明系統內有病人資料，病歷記錄，醫療處方紀錄。可以和藥物數據庫匹配。

還有，《藥倍安心》系統已經正式安裝在醫管局旗下的醫務所讓正規醫生為病人治病，證明這些數據是來自醫管局的，是真實的數據。潘冬平是非法盜用醫管局數據作為私人用途。這已經是違反公務員守則，這不是刑事盜竊罪行嗎？

為什麼醫管局可以無需經過投標，隨便讓一個權貴子女創作的軟件安裝在醫管局系統內部讓正規醫生使用？潘冬平就是濫用職權，運用醫管局內的資源和人力為自己的女兒建立系統，還非法安裝在醫管局的系統內。這已經是嚴重違反了公務員條例，很明顯是濫用職權。

我曾經在西九文化區管理局擔任數據架構師，我有26年專業的IT經驗。這樣的一個醫療系需要以下專業 IT人士才可以完成:

• Data Architecture or data modeler to define the Medisafe database structures and data attributes

• If the data is not extracted from any existing database from Hospital Authority. Clarisse Pooh had to create and input her own medical related testing data from scratch. And the medial related testing data must be relevant to the drug and treatment database so that the records can be matched. Testing data development requires professional medical knowledge.

• Medisafe's data is most likely extract from Hospital Authority system because Clarisse Pooh said that her system had been implemented into the HA clinic.

• Database Programmers to write data extraction programs to extract data from various database including Patient database and Medical treatment database into the Medisafe database

• Database Administrator to install the Medisafe Database into Hospital Authority Network and provide patient and treatment database connection address and key to the programmer

• System Programmers to write SQL programs to integrate data from various table within Medisafe to deliver expected results to the UI interface

• UI interface Programmers to write Medisafe applications UI interface for end user to perform business logic.

• System testers to test the system before production implementation. Clarisee Pooh said that two HA doctors assisted her to test the system

• HA Database and server team team to perform the production system migration. Load production data into Medisafe for HA clinic production implementation.

Medisafe 是一個極之複雜的醫療系統。假讓這樣的一個複雜系統可以由一個中四學生上了一兩堂校外課程就可以完成。那麼全港的IT專業人士都都是無能的，應該全部降薪。

現在問題是在醫管局測試使用的《藥倍安心》系統是由誰開發的？AI Health Studio公開聲明這個系統是他們公司開發的。潘冬平的公開信亦承認她的太太彭詠枝雇傭AI Health Studio探討開發有商業化潛質的產品。

鑑於浠淳媽媽認為女兒的「藥倍安心」有潛力成為首個同類型能實際應用的方案，並憂慮在公開比賽中發表後，概念可能被其他人抄襲及發展為商業用途，故她於2024年3月自行接洽AI Health Studio探討開發有商業化潛質的產品。浠淳媽媽向該公司提供源自浠淳的「藥倍安心」概念及相關資料，該公司於2024年3月開始受託開發驗證商業可行性的最簡可行產品。當時浠淳媽媽並沒有提及女兒的「藥倍安心」已經參加比賽的事宜，故AI Health Studio對此並不知情，浠淳媽媽對今次事件所引起的風波深表歉意。
