Ukraine says they had nothing do with the attacks. Medvedev said earlier today Russia will destroy Ukraine's top officials if linked to Moscow attack. A couple of hrs ago ISIS claims responsibility for attack in Moscow.
Going to be very interesting to see what Putins next moves are. President Putin is yet to make a statement on today’s Moscow terrorist attacks.
